During this one day workshop you will make a Holiday bag with an internal box zipped pocket, internal slip pocket, large button statement fastening and wrap around webbing handles.
Perfect as a roomy holiday/shopping/summer bag!
Learn how to attach handles, box corners, make box zipped pockets and slip pockets and how to add a large statement button closure.
Dimensions
Width 50cm (at widest point) x Height 33cm x Depth 12cm (20″ x 13″ x 4 3/4″) approximately, excluding handles.
This class is suitable for beginners to bag making, as well as more experienced bagineers wanting to learn different skills.
You will need to know how to use a sewing machine.
You will need to provide your own materials for this project, all available to purchase from Nimble Thimbles. Some preparation will be required before the class ie: cutting out your pieces and fusing interfacing. There is help in the shop if you need for this.
Sewing machines are provided in the sewing school but you will need to bring your own equipment with you.
Once you have booked you will be emailed a list of materials & equipment needed for this project.
