Stretch Jersey 4-Wale Corduroy fabric ideal for dressmaking and lots more. Used in dresses, shirts, trousers, children’s clothing coats and upholstery.
Corduroy is a strong durable fabric with a rounded cord, rib, or wale surface formed by cut pile yarn. The wale is the number of ridges per inch. The lower the “wale” number, the thicker the width of the wale (e.g., 4-wale is much thicker than 11-wale)
80% Cotton / 15% PE / 5% Elastane
Fabric is 146cm (57.5″) wide
Swatches are pre-cut to a size of 6cm x 15cm approx. If you order more than one swatch they will NOT be cut as a continuous length.
If you buy more than half a metre in length you will receive one continuous length
The reel of thread is there to show the size of the pattern and is not included in the sale.
