Learn how to make Japanese Kanzashi Fabric Flowers using hand sewing. This class is designed for complete beginners and more experienced sewers who want to learn a new skill.

You will learn how to make a variety of petal shapes and how to join them to make a gorgeous flower. Once you have the basics you can let your imagination run wild!

You can bring your own stash scraps from home or raid our basket of scraps. Felt will be provided for backing and we stock a wide variety of buttons and embellishments to make your flowers unique. We also have the metal brooch backings if you’d like to wear your flower or attach it to a bag.
