Jewelspun Ombre Aran yarn is a real innovation in colour-effects. Sirdar have pushed their supplier to stretch their colour transitions as far as possible. To offer knitters the soft, shade-shifting ombre effect trending in ready-to-wear.
To minimise joining, for a continuous ombre effect, they needed a large ball. 400g / 1000 metres to be precise. That’s a kilometre of yarn! Slight variations in the start point make each ball of Jewelspun Ombre unique. Which means that the colour placement in every project will be unique too.
