During this one day workshop you will make the ‘Abigail’ Wire Framed bag with a zipped top and wire framed opening, internal zipped pocket and internal slip pocket.
Perfect to show off a beautiful statement fabric and as a roomy bag for any occasion! Once you’ve made one all your friends will want one, so it’s just as well you get the pattern to make more!
Learn how to make hand sewn handles, a zipped top opening, a box zipped pocket, a slip pocket and insert a wire frame.

Width 41cm x Height 32cm x Depth 13cm (16″ x 12.5″ x 5″) approximately, excluding handles.
This class is suitable for those who have basic bag making experience.
You will need to know how to use a sewing machine.
You will need to provide your own materials for this project, all available to purchase from Nimble Thimbles. Some preparation will be required before the class ie: cutting out your pieces and fusing interfacing. There is help in the shop if you need for this.
Sewing machines are provided in the sewing school but you will need to bring your own equipment with you.
Once you have booked you will be emailed a list of materials & equipment needed for this project.
